Our story
A practice built around being heard.
Sakhuthingo Wellness (Pty) Ltd. was founded to create a space where people can bring what they are carrying — grief, anxiety, trauma, pressure at home or at work — and be met with professional, compassionate support.
The practice works with adults, teenagers, children, couples and families, and partners with private-sector organisations that want to support the wellbeing of their people. Whatever the setting, the starting point is the same: listen first.

Sanele is a registered Professional Social Worker and the founder of Sakhuthingo Wellness. Her practice is grounded in social work training and a commitment to psychological safety, confidentiality and respect.
She works across individual, family and organisational contexts, bringing the same steady, non-judgemental presence to each.
