When everything feels urgent, big changes are unrealistic. These five small, doable habits can help you steady yourself, one day at a time, without needing more energy than you have.
Compassionate professional counselling and psychosocial support for individuals, families and organisations.
Wellness begins with being heard
Sakhuthingo Wellness provides a compassionate and professional space where people can be heard, supported and guided toward healthier ways of coping, healing and moving forward.
You are met without judgement, at your own pace, by someone trained to listen.
Difficult moments are easier to carry with professional support alongside you.
Support can help you build healthier ways of coping and take the next step.
When to reach out
If any of these sound familiar, a conversation could help.
Everything feels like too much, and you can't see where to start.
Sadness, numbness or worry that hasn't lifted in a while.
A loss, accident, assault or frightening event is still sitting with you.
Arguments, distance or big decisions are wearing you both down.
A child or teenager seems withdrawn, anxious or struggling to cope.
Pressure, burnout or an incident at work is spilling into the rest of life.
Our approach
Support tends to move through phases — and often circles back. That is normal.
